I foster love and compassion one photo at a time.
I am a portrait photographer and poet who lives in Portland, Maine, with a particular talent for creating images you can feel. My work has been featured in art shows and publications, including PhotoVogue and Maine Magazine. I have over a decade of photography experience, spanning editorial, fine art, and creative collaborations, as well as weddings, concerts, street photography, landscapes, and more.
My top priority with portrait sessions is to cultivate a safe atmosphere for collaboration and creativity to flourish, ultimately resulting in images that are steeped in authenticity and feeling.
I am also a climate and social justice advocate, community builder, and storyteller who utilizes my skills to uplift, celebrate, and support the issues and people I care about. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Journalism from the University of Maine and an Executive Master’s degree in Natural Resource Management from Virginia Tech. In the moments when I put my camera down, I find joy, peace, and inspiration in baking, reading, snuggling with my dog, and spending as much time as possible outside.
